Sonia Sieff

Meet the Jury

Sonia Sieff is a french photographer and director, mainly focussed on fashion, portraits and nudes.

She began her career on movie sets, working as a still photographer, and learning the light with directors of photography.

In the last decade, she was involved in fashion and portrait, collaborating with French & International magazines, as well as pursuing her personal projects. 

Her first book Les françaises was published in 2017 by rizzoli international. Her second book is dedicated to Yves saint laurent in oran, algeria, and was published in september 2019. She now works on her third book.

She also came back to her first love, and started doing films, bringing all her talent as a photographer in directing short movies and a documentary dedicated to jeanloup Sieff. 

She works now on her first feature movie.
